Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for paid subscription passes (Standard and Premium passes) on typlr.app ("Service", "Application"), operated by Evgeny Agasyants (Tax ID / INN: 183509028495, "Provider").
Payments are processed via authorized billing partners and merchant agents (including lava.top / LAVALANE LTD).
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing any paid pass on typlr.app.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:
- Service Defects or Technical Issues: Persistent bugs, application crashes, or downtime that prevent normal use of the font editor and cannot be resolved promptly by our support team;
- Duplicate or Accidental Billing: Inadvertent double charges for the same pass;
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Service does not meet your workflow expectations within the first 14 days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to agasyanc@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" including:
- The email address associated with your typlr.app account;
- The transaction / order receipt number from the payment provider (lava.top);
- The purchase date and amount;
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
4. Review and Processing Timeframes
4.1. Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 3 business days.
4.2. Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout via our payment processor (lava.top / LAVALANE LTD).
4.3. Depending on your bank and card issuer, the refunded funds typically appear in your account within 1 to 10 business days.
5. Effect on Account Access
Upon issuing a refund, your paid pass is cancelled and your account returns to the Free plan tier. All font files, outlines, and projects created in your account remain saved and accessible under the Free tier limits.
